Dr. Andrew Weil: On Bloodroot

please visit Dr. Weil's website"One alternative to these procedures that I can suggest is using bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis), a small woodland herb that grows in the north central United States and Canada. The red juice from the root is poisonous when taken internally, but used externally has a unique ability to dissolve abnormal growth without disturbing normal tissue. You can buy bloodroot in powdered form or as a paste, apply it to the growth you want to remove and then cover with a bandage. Be sure to follow package directions carefully and use bloodroot with caution.”

Bloodroot is just one of the all-natural herbal ingredients used in the DermaTend product. Please visit Dr. Weil's Web Site for other Natural Cures.

TESTIMONIAL LETTER::
DermaTend User

Like most people I am very skeptical, unless a product is referred by a friend who has used it before, I will be more apt to give it a try, well, DermaTend wasn't, I was just surfing on the web and came across it, and I gave it a shot anyway. I mean how bad could it be, if they guarantee it 100% and with that, if it turned out to be false, I could get my money back or sue, if they were crooks. Well, neither turned out to be the case.

I don't usually do the testimonial thing, I figured people are paid to do these things. Hey, I told you I'm a skeptic. Anyway, I tried it, nothing happened, I was tempted to get my money back, but instead I sent an email and told them that I was impatient but I just wasn't seeing any results. I got a return email about two days later telling me what I was doing wrong and to try it another way, I did, I gave it one last shot, because in the back of my head I kept saying why would they guarantee it if it really didn't work.

Well I am here to tell you that after about 3-4 days, I was riding along and I felt something fall, I looked around but I didn't know what it was, then I adjusted the rearview mirror, as I often do anyway, because I'm kind of vain, I can admit it, and low and behold it hit me just like that the skin tag which had been a part of my neck for as long as I can remember had fallen off. It was about the size of a watermelon seed and it would just hang there, often getting in the way of my pretty necklaces I would put on, and it would be a fascination to babies especially to reach for and pull, but not anymore.

It is gone, but since then I have put the paste on different other skin tags on my body that are not noticeable under my clothes. I will admit when you are all bandaged up from band aids it kind of feel like a game of tic-tac-toe on the body, but it is worth it when you see how wonderful it is to have them gone. Just thought I would pass this on to other skeptics such as myself. Try DermaTend, what do you have to lose? By the way they should change the name to DermaTend, because that is exactly what it has done. Thanks

DermaTend in the News

Skin tags, if you‘ve had one than you will know what I am talking about and if you haven’t you will soon. A skin tag is also medically termed a cutaneous papilloma or an acrochordon. Doesn’t matter how you say it they are annoying!

What are they anyway? A skin tag is a soft, skin-colored growth that hangs from the surface of the skin on a thin piece of tissue called a stalk. Fortunately they are not cancer and can never turn into cancer.

They say you will usually see more skin tags in your 60’s but you can get them anytime and they are more common in woman. It may also run in your family and after you’ve given birth they are common too. Skin tags are permanent growths unless you have them removed. Many people develop multiple skin tags.

Where can you likely find a skin tag? They appear in skin folds of the neck, armpits, torso, beneath the breasts or in the genital region. They are basically a real pain in the rear. And speaking of pain they can become irritated by the constant rubbing of clothing or jewelry.

I know you are thinking... what can you do to prevent them? Nothing! If you get one you’re stuck with it until you decide to have one removed. It’s no big deal you go to your dermatologist and they remove the skin tags with sharp scissors, a sharp blade or, less commonly, by freezing or burning them off at the stalk.

It sounds simple enough right? Wrong, I have had skin tags removed in three different ways. First, I had one burned off. It smelt horrible and left a nasty mark on my stomach for a good week; then it grew back.

Second, I had my doctor cut one off. He said it is a very simple and quick procedure he called it and I would be skin tag free. I was nervous because it doesn’t feel natural to have someone just cut something off your body with super sharp scissors while you are awake watching. Well, he cut once- didn’t work, cut again- didn’t work by this time I am dripping with sweat thinking my god I am being mutilated. He stopped looked at the scissors got a new pare and sliced for the third time finally it came off but only a short while it came back 3 months later.

Third and lastly I will swear by this product and I will always have a jar in my medicine cabinet “DermaTend” it is an all natural herbal remedy that within 24 hours while you sleep removes all your skin tags permanently. I was so amazed with the product DermaTend that I went onto there site www.dermatend.net to thank them and read more about the remedy and found it not only removes skin tags but it will remove warts, genital warts, moles and those other things that you’ve had check but still don’t quite know what they are well they remove those too. It has been 5 months since I used DermaTend and I have yet to get any reoccurring skin tags and I just put some on a mole I have I will let you know how that works out.

So for my diagnosis if you find this little flap of skin and it is (soft, easily moveable, flesh-colored or slightly darker and usually attached to the skin surface by a stalk), you won't need any tests but you should get yourself some DermaTend.
